July 17/2004 Vancouver...

Post by Ainu69 »

Hey everyone,

I was wondering what is happening that Saturday, what time it starts, where we are going to met etc. I just came into some rough time with money and trying desperately to budget to come over. I heard someone said the pantry in the morning etc.

I'm not sure what the full itinerary is but I would like to know, I might be saved because my gst is showing up pretty quick :E

All the information has been posted on the MX-West web site in the future events section. This is a exact copy from the website...
---------------

• 6th Annual West Coast MX- 3 meet, Saturday July 17th, 2004 @ Riverport Sports & Entertainment Complex (14511 Steveston Hwy, Richmond, BC V6W 1K2) on Steveston Hwy & No. 6 Road, Richmond, BC. 1 pm - 4 pm at the southwest corner of the parking lot by SilverCity Theatre. Dinner will be at Kelsey's Restaurant down the street at #100-11300 Steveston Hwy, Richmond, BC V7A 5J5. Anyone interested in joining us for breakfast, 9 am at De Dutch Pannekoek House located at #110-7310 120th St., Surrey, BC V3W 3M9.

------------------

:D Everyone, be sure to spread the word. We want a great turn-out this year. There will be a large number of people coming from out of town. This includes, Alberta, Washington, California, and of course the rest of BC, etc. It would be pretty sad if the "out of town people" out-number the local MX-3 owners. I can't wait!

I'm sorry Taras. I keep thinking of Victoria as the same general area but I shouldn't. One of these days I should go over to the island. I haven't been there yet.

Should have come to a tour de Long Beach. May be one day some Vancouverites will come for an event over at the island. But Ferry and all is a bit of a deterrent. Never for us strangely though.

It'll be nice if the Federal Gov't would get their hands out of their butts and send some money over here to build a bridge from the mainland to the island.
