Calgary Members Meeting

Hey Everyone,

I would like to have a Member's meeting on March 24th. This meeting will mainly touch on this year's calendar of events. I am also working with a few of the other Mazda clubs in the region to organize this year's Mazda in the Mountains. We will also try to coordinate a battle plan for the Vancouver Road Trip in July to the 6th Annual West Coast MX-3 Meet.

The meeting location will most likely be at my place in the Acadia area. The address will be emailed out once the date gets closer.

my girlfriend and i should be able to make it to the meeting and i will become a member but my girlfriend is still unsuer if she wants to. please keep us poasted.

I will be there just give teh time and place for sure, your place may not be able to hold a lot of people, and i just want to thank everyone for their support in the vancouver trip, unfortunatly i cannot go unless i drive 20 hours after the wedding, but what ever, see you all soon

I was hoping for around 7:00pm on Wed, March 24th. Does this time work for all of you? My place is pretty much on the corner of Bonaventure Dr. and 90th Ave. There should be enough parking available at that time.

Jesse, it's nice to have you and Jackie join us for the meeting. It'll be great to see you two again.

Justin, there should be enough room for us. Were you suggesting that we have it at your place? If everyone wants, they could just meet at my place as a half way mark, and then I can just lead the way (just so they don't get lost).

I don't suppose that it would be possible to have the meeting a little later if it is not inconviencing for anybody else.

9:00 pm would be better for me and jacki but if this is a problem then thats ok also.

Well, if we could find a different location that would be fine. Maybe a quiet coffee shop around Macleod Trail. I want a place where we can sit around a table and discuss things. Does anyone have any suggestions? There's a Second Cup across the street from my place.

The meeting location will be at the Second Cup on the corner of Macleod Tr. S and 90th Avenue SE (in the Acadia area). Check out the map below for a more detailed view of the area. We will have the meeting at 8:30pm on Wednesday, March 24th, 2004.
