yet another accident

Post by quandra »

My poor car was in another accident on monday. A 5-ton trucks brakes failed and it hit an integra which then hit me. My car jolted 3 feet forward and now needs the whole bumper to be repainted. Thank god there is no structural damage. ICBC estimated it at $750 damage so I took a cash settlement, which means I can get my new engine. I have to have a positive outlook on the accident. I would post pictures but I don't know how.

My lower back is pretty stiff and my shoulder blades hurt. My friend in the passenger seat got thrown backwards into the seat so her neck is sore. Other than that we are ok. Thanks for asking. I found an engine out of a '95 that has 107,000 kms and they're asking $795. I'm just waiting on a call back from the shop to see if it will work in my car.

Yeah I'm just dropping another 1.8 into it. I can't afford the 2.5 swap right now. My car is all about looks anyways. Right now my engine has 297,000+ kms on it so I need a new one quick. Oh yeah and there is oil leaking into my cylinders.
