thanks for posting that! ..one more ?, is his battery in the trunk? the way his CAI runs through there, it doesnt look like he could have moved it anywhere...

Re: show us your...
He had to have moved his battery to the trunk. I barely fit my battery in with a regular intake and a DE motor and thats a very short straight manifold. His manifold is very long and straight, theres no way the batterys there. It looks funny too, I guess I'm just used to seeing curved neck manifolds and stubby straight manifolds.

Re: show us your...
newber question: is there a way to get it all in w/o relocating? if i had a custom CAI done? im assuming no, there's very little room in there for the ze curved neck let alone a longer straight neck.
thanks again guys

Re: show us your...
somebody on here cut the straight neck short and welded it back together (or had a shop do it).. i was thinkin about doing that but buying a curved one was easier and cheaper. but.. thats 1 possible route
btw i like your sig pic LOL is that foam?!

Re: show us your...
i tried to use my straight neck IM from my kfze (same size as the 2.5 klze im) but the only 2 ways of making it work 1 relocate battery to rear, 2 use a 90 degree angle pipe where it connects to the TB then you would have to run another 90 to get around the battery (very bad idea you want the cai to be as straight as possible the less turns the better)

Re: show us your...
is it a big hassle to move the battery to the back? i figured if the manifold would fit, the cai would be running around like spaghetti...
