What does it mean to " Hydro Lock your engine" is that sucking up water through the intake? And how do you avoid doing that anyway with a COld air intake? The filter is out in the open, and could moisture do this to your engine? In the spring here their is a Lot of Fog in the mornings, would this effect the Cold air intake?
