Yeah you can get it flushed.. Sevral manufactures use Dexron for there manual tranmissions although the mx-3 is designed for gear oil.. Hondas use motor oil =] fords usually have Dexron though.. Although atf is a lighter fluid and will hae less parasatic drag

ford's use mercon...but than again now most ATF is mercon/dexron
