I would have tried to make it, but my car is still down at Corksport where they are putting in my 'new' KL-DE engine..

it's giving them fits.. last I heard only one bank of cylinders was firing..

Makes me glad I didn't have local mechanic (who's only done one swap) work on it. Corksport's done a huge number of swaps, and if it's got them stymied, I'd imagine someone with less experience would be hopelessly confused and frustrated.
