Shift Knob on Automatic

ok...i recently bought a shift knob, chrome polish with the button on top...how do i wire the HOLD button somewhere else? since there isnt a place to put it on the knob. i was thinking somewhere near the steering wheel or center console.

im going to sound like a dumbs *** , asking this did u change the lights on ur gauges. cuz i have a green light on mine. and are they hard to change??

they are called indiglos.......go to ebay, you'll find em..pretty easy to install
