KLZE running... won't go into gear while running.

Ok got the KLZE running nice. While the engine is off the car seems to go into gear nicely, but once running, the car will not go into gear. I have bled the clutch a few times trying to get it to work but can't seem to do it.

It is a brand new ACT street kit for a MX6 that was installed. The release bearing did look a little different, but thought it would be fine. Please if you have encountered anything like this or have any suggestions let me know.

It sounds like the clutch is not releasing. Some people have fixed this by making and fitting a longer operating rod.

yeah Ian is right..It was the same thing for me..search for act in the v6 forum...

2 things help for me..welding washers to the rod so it is longer and pushed further...and the other thing is get a stainless steel clutch line..
it should work..it has for everybody else

Thanks guys! I got the clutch working by just adjusting the pedal. It is pretty much maxxed out right now so yes it might be a good idea in the future to extend that rod.

Thank god I didn't have to drop the tranny!

i have the same problem with my clutch, i should try to adjust my pedal clutch too.is this a a constant problem wth people who have klze and act clutch?
