Is it a straight plug swap? The ECU I've got here was cut out of a car, wiring harness and all, so I wasn't sure if the wiring harness was different for the KL36. If it's something I could do myself, I would probably give it a shot.

I've gotta bring the car in anyway to get the SS clutch line installed, to try and solve the problem with my new ACT clutch. I figured I would do it all at once.

u do not need to change the whole wiring harness!!!!!just unclip the old one and throw in the
new one....easy...

If you are putting a ss clutch line in you might as
well change ur brakelines to ss as well...

Ok, how do I access the ECU then? Where is it located? Should I unplug the battery before swapping them out?

yes unplug the battery! im pretty sure it's behind the center console...but i cant confirm that, my chiltons manual says yes, but my chilton manual also covers the millenia, 323, and 626.

There are side panels to the back of the center console next to the gas pedal. Take the trim panel clips out, pop panel, the ECU is right there. I believe it's only held down by a couple trim bolts.
