CV Joints

I've thried searching but could not find anything.
I have a 93 GS.
Does anyone know how many teeth or splines or
what ever it is called. I mean where it goes on
the axle. And what is the best way to get
get the new CV joint on the axle? Last time I changed one I had problems with the metal
locking ring thingie.

I got my CV Joint from Autoexperten in Sweden. Mekonomen only had a CV joint for MX-3 without ABS. That's weird, because all MX-3's sold in Sweden had ABS.
