i got a chip with the KL31 program and put it in my K8 ecu and it hated it, come to find out the only ecus that like chip swaping from what i understand is the 94-95 probe ones As long as it's a KL series ecu it will work. Is anyone interested in chipping their KL series ecu with the KL31 program?? I found a guy today that will chip a KL series ecu, he's only chipped the KL07 with the KL31 program. He would need your stock ecu and the cost is $200.00!! He will not chip a KF series ecu, as he doesn't know if it works. ...

I was talking to this guy at a Japanese shop as I am looking for a KL36 ECU and the guy told me that he has a KL62 which is supposed to be the auto ECU for the KLZE engine!! Can anyone confirm this pls??
