hey, i got some 5w 40 mobil one woundering would this be ok for the v6 or am i best off spending the money and putting the 5w 30 in??

i got some 5w 40 mobil one sitting, would that be ok for the V6 or should i get the 5w30?

Cheers for that, spoke to the guy who owned the car previous. said the timebelt was changed recently by Mazda themselves so i would have thought that should be ok, ive also hear that if i were to use Mobil 1 5w 30 oil the engine would run quieter?
