king, just wondering, how do I check to see what type of engine I have? I dont think I have ever known....lol i could check tonight after I get off work. and not the size, its a v6 1.8, but the model, like k8 or klze.

Well crap, I don't think I have the k8.... Is there anyway to get it to work without that?
If not, do you maybe have an extra set if stock intake hoses and air cleaner assembly? I really need it so I can pass smog.

Will stock mx3 v4 1.6 intake tubes and box fit on a mx3 v6 .18? or is there a modification involved?

will what you have work on my v6 1.8 dohc? if so, i think we have a deal

well i need the piping too....unless i can install the box with this current piping and have the smog guys say its good?

So does anyone have an intake setup that they could part with? i really need to get this car smogged...lol

yea? well if you would be able to do me a huge favor and check for me tomorrow, that would be awesome.cuz venturing out there would not be doable at the moment. if you would be able to get the box, along with everything else (no need for a MAF) that would be great!

haha well very nice! is there anyway id be able to get that setup from you? maybe...buy it? cuz if I could keep this car i would, I love it, but I gotta sell it, and noone will sell it if they cant take it in an have it pass smog....if I was to buy it, how much would you want for it?

well that sounds terrific! if anything id be heading up the weekend of april 20th. ill see if i can get it running good enough to get up there. do you have a spare air hose and air filter box?

yup navy! i might try and drive my mx3 to yuba city when I go there next. we could meet then and maybe you could help me get it smogged too

Oh yea? I might actually be moving to san diedo in the next couple months if I get orders down there. But im hoping to sell my mx3 before then, because I have 4 vehicles right now...lol

when you talking about seafoaming the engine, are you pouring the seafoam through the hole that leads to the intake manifold? or directly through the pcv into the engine itself?
