Re: Misfire

I pull the wire and nothing changes.... new spark plugs too. Also any one know why our wires are so damn expensi...

Re: Misfire
so i put a new distributor in and it eliminated several of my issues, it still sounds shitty but probably because of the plugs so im going to change those and see what happens! no more crazy bog down and hesitation though.

Re: Want another mx-3, help!
You're trying to find a MINT car that is 15 years old at it's youngest, that's alot of time and age. People know if their car is mint and rust free, and they'll charge for it. You either pay to get a mint one, or you get a rotting away one for cheap. If you're going to find a cheap & mint one, ...

Re: Misfire
Use the search here? With misfiring there is no clear cut answer, could be anything from a bad spark plug to faulty injectors. I've posted some very informative reading on this issue so type in misfires and possible my name (daninski) and you should get 2-3 different posts. Good luck. well i took a...

The only one to buy is chevron. it is excellent. 12 gallon or 20 gallon they sell. all the others probably don't do too much.

Re: Misfire
yea it gets worse once the car is warm. I have to rev the car very high in 1st gear in order to get the car going and so it doesn't bog down and cut off. It use to be a intermittent misfire. Like i would be on the highway and it'll run normal for a bit and then misfire and then continue to misfire. ...
