i know its not part of this thread does anyone know what wire the cluter illumination comes from off the control stick at the steering wheel? since i rigged my own light source i want to get the power from a good spot so it turns on the way it should even though somewhere else there is a problem tha...

hey i also lost my cluster lights (put a fuse in the marker/cluster light fuse it got burned to s--- thats been fixed now but i pulled out the cluster thinking it was the bulbs and theyre good so its somthing else i need it to pass inspection asap i got some white with blue gague things that i open ...

it was the MPH sensor thing in the back that was the hardest AND thats what was holding it in. i have the older mx3 so its all analog, it sucks the lightbulbs look perfectly fine, i got somthing already that i need to hardwire myself just need to connect the power and ill be good to go and probably ...

what year of dash? I dont know about the bubble dash but the classic 92-93 dash theres 4 screws holding the actual cluster in. 2 up top and that i believe are easily visible when you take of the plastic surround and there are 2 screw on the bottom then it pulls right out....but dont go to far. yeah im trying to remove my cluster now since the electrical problem the mechanic said the lights are gone....i took apart the whole bottom half and the 10mm screws on the side top (2 each) and then the two on each side holding the middle bracket in, litterally i took all the plastic off the bottom ...

it might not be the manifold but i check the ODB thing it blinked 9 times same as before i replaced that sensor on the intake manifold and before i replaced the thermostat housing sensor the sensor on the back of the engine in the middle behind the head (whatever that one is) and the neutral safety ...

a miata intake manifold would put the throttle body on the wrong side and point it at the strut tower. The only option you have is the one that came on it, or 323 manifold, but I am pretty sure they are the same. If you are going to go through that much trouble might as well change the engine to a ...

Yes, 2.5 is too large of a diamater for your 1.6 SOHC, it was just an example. I think 2" would probably do you the best but I'm not 100 percent sure there. And by 14 instead of 10 that's the timing they're talking about. The easiest way to do that is you can find yourself a timing light, adju...

damn not to side track but maybe im thinking it might be my intake manifold i might as well change it. what should i put a miata one right? any one inparticular? maybe i can frank this a little? (i thought about a miata head swap but im not sure)
