Help with Intake

Post by NBishop »

I just ordered a PRM Intake, and was just wondering if i would be able to istall it, or if it would be less trouble and worth it to just get it done somewhere. I don't know that much about cars, so i'm really not sure. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

Should be pretty easy to install yourself. I have a word doc with step by step instructions on how to do this. I can email it if you want, unfortunately can't email to hotmail account as doc is 4.5MB

No you dont have to remove the bumper. Very easy to do just fallow the instruction and take your time. It should take you about an hour and everything is done from the top of the engine bay with a basic socket set. Good luck and do it you self, save the money. :D

There should be a new bracket in the kit to relocate it.

I had to make my own bracket, but I bought my PRM long time back and then again moved it from my RS to my GS.
