f---ing Problem From the Driver Weel Side!? Help

From about 1 week my car is making some echoe noise from the driver weel side or.. From this place when I hit hole or a little s--- on the road.. So I dont know what the f--- is this problem.. Do you have any idea guys.. And by the way.. Can I change my idle with a screwdriver Cuz I did that when I pop my hood up..

Check your bearing, thats probably the problem. You might have to replace it. Common problem.
