1.8 BP going turbo

It has been a long road to get to this point, but I think I'm about ready to turbo. I already have;
-ms2 PNP and figured out how to tune it.
-upgraded the Tranny to the KIA g-series.
-Rx8 yellow injectors on the way.
-35,000mi "new" BP transplant
-Boost gauge on the way
-wideband o2
I know I will need
-'89 RX7 fuel pump (Probably later)
-'89 323 banjo bolt (oil) and coolant nipple
-intercooler and piping (2.5"?)
-Turbo and hoses
-manifold and downpipe
-blow-off valve
Most ov this comes in a cheap miata kit. not the banjo bolt, but an adapter. Same for coolant. Some even have flanges to make the exhaust fab easier.
I think I read somewhere that you could use a miata kit and cut/weld to make the top mount manifold into a bottom mount for the turbo. Then have an exhaust shop fab up the down pipe. I'm still waiting to hear back from CorkSport about an old 323 GTX manifold. I also saw a log type manifold on Amazon, neither top or bottom mount, straight out the back. Has anyone looked at it? Is it legit, or is that design retarded? Would I be better off having a shop just fab one for me?
Any positive feedback is appreciated. Thanks!
BTW I'm shooting for around 200+ HP. It's still my daily toy. Thanks!
