And I'm Back

Hey MX-3ers, I've been away for a while, but now I'm back. My first MX-3 (a 93 GS) was in an accident several years ago and I had to get rid of it. The MX-3 bug was still active, however, and I continued to browse craigslist periodically to see what was available. A little over a month ago I purchased a worthy replacement. It's just like my first; White, GS, 5 speed. My new one is a 92 however. It has lived it's life in MN but the guy I bought it from never drove it in the snow! It's rust free with just a bit over 95,000 miles. The body has some dents, but other wise it's clean. Interior is also very clean minus a couple tears in the upholstery.
Anyway, I'm excited to see there is still activity here. I'm looking forward to contributing more in the future.
I started the process of buffing the body. She's clean but the paint has some oxidation, scratches, etc. Spent 3.5-4 hours last night working on just the hood. I'll start a work log soon showing my progress as I clean up the rest of it, but the improvement on the hood is very promising.
