Different type of Speedo

Has anyone ever seen this kind of speedometer?
Red line 7500!!
Never seen this before..Jdm version maybe?

Yeah that's the full JDM one with the K8ZE... notice also that the speedometer only goes to like 120mph...

The connections behind are the same with a usdm?
