How to soften leather seats?

Ok so the SE leather seats I have in my possession have hardened some. The passenger side seat is worse off. I believe the leaky sunroof was dripping on it.

Is there a way to soften the leather back up that any of you have tried? I've googled some possible methods but I'd like to hear from those here as well.

I think there is an oil you can purchase that you rub down onto the leather seats but they may be to prevent stiffness rather then revert it back.

Dan, have you personally used it on hardened leather seats before? I just don't want to F these seats up. They are in REALLY good shape aside from the hardness.
