Rear subframe, pre-setting the angle of the TTLs and swaybar

Is there a "best angle" to preset the TTLs and swaybar to?
The moment you loosen the inner bolts of the TTLs the entire setup will sag in either direction. I just want to avoid stressing the bushings any more than I have to when I reinstall it.
Instinct tells me to torque the bolt down as close to the natural resting angle of the TTLs as I can, to avoid pre-loading the bushings in any direction.
Thoughts?
