Im competing in Port Alberni, B.C., Canada
gonna be competing in the lifts "snatch" and "clean and jerk".
obvs Im driving my mx-3 down highway 1 to get to Vancouver island

Good Luck man. I gotta say, between snatch and a good clean jerk there's not much left to say is there.

lol yep.
It ended with my snatching 130kg, Clean and Jerking 170. The ladies wanted to help them with there snatches after
