Too cool. I love it. Just don't stub your toe on it in the dark.

85lbs of aluminum would definitely hurt. I've already broken my baby toe on a couch leg.

Moving companies suck!
I'll have to get it patched and touched up, but it still does look great!

That is really neat, nice color combo too, but those ZE pistons could have been put to use, shoulda used DE ones!

Maybe, but as part as is it making a KL coffee table, the other part is keeping the legacy alive and immortalizing my Mx-3. That block, those pistons and I have have a great 100'000kms of good times and stories together. I can look at that motor and it'll put a smile on my face, that it's more than just a painted and assembled chunk of aluminum. That motor changed my life for the better...

STOP WITH THAT SENTIMENTAL CRAP...

Aside from being a douche, I get what you mean.

Lok, you being the douche, or me?
And get your own ZE pistons
Looking at it, I think it definitely needs lights....I just got the idea of using a hollowed out oil filter to hold the batteries, maybe get a genuine Mazda oil filter too. I just wish I didn't throw out the filter mount section....
