What in God's name is this part. I need to replace it and why the hell does my car take in a lot of water when it rains. right under the drivers seat it gets soaked!!

1 thats not your issue for the water under the drivers seat, that just allows water into the door and there are 3 slots that drain it out under the bottom at the kick panel on the outer edge of the lip. Your waterleak is coming from someplace else, take a hose and run it along the bottom of the door seam and work your way up while someone is sitting in the car and can point out the leak soon as it starts, odds are its the actual door seal is weak or if you have a gs a clogged rear moonroof drain.

okay how do I clean out the drain on the sunroof? It's a 94 gs.
What is the name of that part that I'm pointing, and where can I buy one?

right behind the mud flaps for the front...also check and make sure you sunroof drain hoses aren't pinched and are in the hole properly...thats what was wrong with mine, i did everything Drano, weed whacker wire but in the end it was because the hose was pinched closed and not in the hole properly...just and idea thats not in the link
