D2 Coilovers

Ordered D2 coilovers for my MX-3 "Barney". They should be here by the end of the week. I already have D2's on my MR2 Turbo. I like them.

The shop has fixed oil leaks on the KLZE's valve cover gasket and the oil pan, but I'm still slightly leaking from somewhere.
I'll get this fixed soon, as my personality won't allow me to have anything but a perfect car. :freak: <-- I still love that emoticon.

Oh, and the "95" AWR racing motor mounts sure do make a lot of vibration, especially when I start the car. I'll get used to it, though. They seem to be very good quality and I'm confident that they will last. :freak:

LOL did you expect anything less?? I mean that's pretty freakin solid...

You will like the D2 Coilovers, I love my K-sports and they are basically the same thing except yours will be purple... 8)

Yeah, I like the D2's on my MR2, and the spring rates on the MX-3 are the same, just reversed.

I had no prior experience with motor mounts.
I like the "Rumbly" feeling that a WRX STi has, for example, but this doesn't feel like that at all.
Now I know.

And kulluminati, I'm glad you have a belly button. Good for you.

Here's some pictures before and after I got it painted. It's not purple anymore, but I still call it Barney.
I'll post some pictures after I put the coilovers on next week.

I'LL SAVE THE DAY!!!!!!!

For future reference you have to actually copy the image location and not the link that shows in your address bar, you can do this by either right clicking on the image and "copy image location" (not sure if this is only firefox) or you can click on the share button and then click the "get link code" tab and copy the link in the "IMG for bulletin boards & forums")

Very nice. That is one clean looking car. My wife also called my car Barney before I painted it.

Thanks, Evo_Spec

I was always wondering why sometimes my pics worked and sometimes not. :freak:

What is not in the interior picture above is my Green Die (dice) shift knob.
The car has a KLZE. 8)
And next week it will have D2 coilovers. :D
Also notice my black 92 GS in the background (sold). :(
