I'm Alive! (tornado's)

Well, it's tornado season. One touched down 4 miles up the road from where I lived, took out a couple houses and destroyed the marina. whew. Nothing happened to our neighborhood, thank God.

I got mothball sized hail, so I ushered my car in the garage and my miata I tried to get as much of it in the garage, then covered it with carpet strips from my leftover home improvement. I'm getting some pics up now

well! In the spirit of replying to daninski, you don't have one yourself, so I found a suitable replacement! Thanks for the comment though! I get to wait till april when the real tornadoes come through... sigh... I remember when chattanooga used to be a safe place to live...

Looks like nice place you got there. I've been to TN years ago. Some people here complain about snow but I wouldn't trade it for tornadoes.
Easier to prepare for snow (got my snowblower and truck) if tornado is coming you better have a shelter, that's all you can do.

I'm glad you noticed? I was running frantically around hte garage finding stuff to put on the miata, I had an extra and was like, "YES!"
On the back of the car, is a damaged hatch cover

Fog and tornado??? Anyway all's well that ends well. So I should expect a storm?

Right now we're having a wind storm 80-100Klm winds. After viewing your post I followed your lead and put a Simmons Beauty Rest mattress on my car.
