when i was removing the alternator from my old car the "B" terminal broke off with the wire harness. by B terminal i mean the bolt that the wire that is bolted on too.

now from what i understand this is meant to act as a spacer to the cover plate and insulate the bolt that holds the cover, the ringbolt that broke off is a power imput or out for the alternator im guessing? when this wire is disconnected it will spark if the battery isnt unpluged...
anyone know where i can buy one of these?

if they cant be bought im thinking of breaking off the plastic covering on the broken end and then using a bolt/nut as the new "terminal" for the harness connector. to stop any kind of shorts i would cover this in copious amounts of electrical tape. i could then just use washers to fill in the gap from the housing to the cover. anyone see any problems with this?
