So I just bought my first mx3. and i started looking around it i got it up on ramps to look beneath it. I knew the rocker panels were in need of rust repair but now i found there is a hole in what i think is the frame. Its about 2ins by 1in and there is one on each side. How big of a deal is this what do i do?

how do you insert pictures?

You have to upload them to an image/file hosting site first.

I personally use imageshack, it's quick and simple.

After you upload there(you don't need an email, just ignore that part), you click the embed image twisty(little triangle), and use the first code titled "Forum Code", the alternate is not necessary. You will want to paste that entire code into your post, where you would like the image placed.

Thanks, this is just the outside of the car. You could never tell there is any rust by the the looks of it. It is still pretty dirty at this time.

I found Photobucket easy to use. Try turning your camera 90deg please.

Sorry I didn't get pictures. The guy I took it to says that the frame is pretty bad but there is also a bunch of other little stuff and it'd cost over 1000 to fix. it was my first car. So now I'm just gonna try to get my money back.

It's a nice looking car from what I can see, I like the color and the rims are a first for me.

Yah it's a real bummer looking at the outside you'd never guess there was a spot of rust on it. The guy I bought it from had just replaced the water pump and the timing belt to. I like the rims alot to, thanks, but they are pretty scuffed up and covered in pitch( which you can't see in the photos). I knew it needed a little work but it sits so low down I couldn't get under to see until I had already bought it. I guess I learned my lesson though
