Looking for a Disty or a couple of distys for sale.. i need them to work and be for the klze.

#2 no [WTB] tags.

#3 what year is your harness? all K series distributors plug in... but you need to know which year. (TOTxxxxx)

i dont know what the (wtb) thing is for.. and a TOT57171.. TOT57071 will work. its a 94.

Ok for [WTB] you do that, [FS] that and [GI]. A TOT57071 or TOT57072 will not work with your wiring harness as 94 is unique. You can only use TOT57171. Like your ECU is a k834. I've been looking every time I go to the wreckers and never see a 94 GS. For some reason they're a rare bird.
If you can find a probinator chip for a 93 KL01 ECU I have a probinator chipped 94 K834 ECU. I planned to remove the chip and put it in a 93 disty. FYI
Anyway K8 or KLZE it doesn't matter, you use the disty that came on your model year.

i have a probinator chip 94 K834 ECU its in my winter car.. an ya thanks i forgot that i cant use the TOT57071 or TOT57072 ive tried before.. so i guess now im looking for either a tot57271 or a tot57171. i had 3 distys for my car as a back up. but when i was having problems with my winter car, i was doing testing an it blew all 3 of them, so now im looking for a coupl for my summer one.. and i know how to do the [wtb] etc i just dont know what its for or what it means, or when i put them on there

You blew your disties because the 94 one is unique. It pays to do your research.

no i blew them because i had a short in my wiring harness coming from the either the 6pin wires or the 3 pin wires... the 3 disties that i blew were from my 94 summer car which worked perfect because ive used them in that car before lol.. but some how i got a short in the wiring in my winter car..and i just read that "read this or it will be deleted" forum, makes sence, thanks for the heads up
