ok i want to know if its obdi or obdii it has 2 plugs any help will be appreciated

looks and sounds like obdi to me. Mine is a 3 plug

its a 1995 DOHC Manual transmission thats why i was wondering since it could be OBDI or OBDII

I"m pretty sure all OBD2 ECUs have four plugs.

Agreed, just not all 4 are used on the mtx.
Here is an OBD2. Please ignore the wiring for the AEM unit.
