Hi there folks, my name is Dill...

My first car was a mazda mx3... The first week I had it I hit a patch of gravel with the rear tires and slammed into a tree... The tow guy took my first car and disappeared and I never saw it again and the man wouldnt tell me where it went...

Flash forward so and so years later... Ive got a family and a homely pt cruiser. But I can never stop thinking about my old mazda. I never see any on the road and its a shame.. But now im in a position to buy one..

Ill be straight up. Ive got 2200 in cash. I want this to buy the car, cover any costs for repair and cover fees to register it. i live in altoona pa and i dont mind a drive... i also visit family in NC quite often.. I see a few really nice ones on craigslist but they usually want 3k for ones in great shape. Plus I would rather buy it off someone on here which would tell me they care about the car.

I want a mx3 that has been loved so that I can continue to love it. I know everyone on here loves theirs but maybe one of you are looking to get out of one.

Thanks for checking this out!

Honestly im not too far from canada but itd be simpler to get a us model as im not sure how the us would like the emissions

Our emission standards are similar to california. I just posted the guy who bought my 95. Car was mint when I sold it but he's had problems with the EGR. Except for that as far as I know the cars fine. Body was mint, no rust 2 years ago.

Do you know of hes close to the us border?

And what kind of money would be needed to transfer a car from one country to another?

Ill keep the link in mind but ideally if I could find something in the us in my budget and close it would be a jackpot
