My mx3 rarely gets used :(

Post by hgallegos915 »

Am I the only one?

Its really hot where I live in the summer, My car's AC system died a few years back in a fire. My heater just died this last winter (heater core).

I have a shiny 08 f150 that gets me 14 mph city and 20 hwy with really nice cold AC and suspension.

I also have a motorcycle , a yamaha fz1 1000 fazer that I use when the weather is nice and to save gas.

Am I the only one? I dont use it but yet I dont want to sell it, theres no way in hell I would sell it....

lol Just sharing.

I can understand what you mean..

But once you step into the mx3 and go for a spin it's all worth it again and remember why you have the mx3 :)

your not the only one, mine's been sitting in the driveway for a while now too.
the clutch is slipping if i push any boost but it's drivable if i don't boost, but what's the fun in that.
i think i'm just going to swap to a g-series tranny when i plan to do my clutch so i'll need a little time to get the money for that.
i also didn't want to pay to re-register my car this year since the registration for my celica was paid for me by my mom as a mini-gift.

i miss driving it so much, it looks so majestic in my driveway XD

You're seriously gonna just reuse the same line I used on you like 3 weeks ago???

Unbelieveable.

P.S. You gotta put a price in there or it's not as effective.

"Sure. $4000 and it comes with a convenient carrying case shaped like a car"...something like that.

I am in the same boat. I didn't drive mine since last Sept. I got the body redone this winter and fresh paint on it, so all I have to do is finish putting it back together and get new tires, inspection and renew the plate. It is hard to do when I just bought a 2010 Mazda 6 (left over stock) and also picked up an 2008 Audi A4 2.0T (only 36000kms on it).

I will get it on the road this summer, but I just don't seem as motivated as I used to be. I really can't see me selling it because of all the work I did to it.
