Who was this? Route 79 in PA close to WV

I was heading 79 north just over the West Virginia/PA border on Easter. It was about 12 noon. A green MX3 was spotted in the distance heading south on 79. Was this anyone on here? Just figured i'd tell you I saw you!

Yeah my rims are black. 15-inch rims though not big.
