I found this nice set of rear plastics and door panels on ebay.

If he has power windows, he could just mount some tweeters in the holes. Its not the Ideal place for them, but its better than leaving the holes alone.

Thoes absolutly do not look factory. But cool none the less. If anyone wants them I could pick them up and ship them for you. Im about 25 minutes away.
