ebay rotors

I was browsing ebay for some rotors and came across these. What do you think guys. For $18 a rotor that's best deal you can get

you get screwed we'll know not to buy them.

Rotors are one of those things, for a DD, that follow the rule 'the cheaper the better'.
Once you start heating them up til they fade, then cooling becomes more of an issue and you want properly vented ones made of an alloy that had some thought put into it, not the melting pot of rebar and scrap cars that made those ebay blanks.
