Both my sisters car and mine (92' and 94') both need the rear passenger strut, so What ones fit, my auto wrecker/mechanic friend might have found a ZX2 escort but I need to know what years of the zx2 fit either of the Mx's? Both are GS's

I know they have to be done in pairs, Both back or both front. not just one.

Sorry if its a little confusing, having a hard time concentrating right now...

Thanks in advanced

ZX-2 struts work. I'm going to say you aren't particularly concerned with performance and handling since your car isn't really track prepared anyway, so you can use ZX-2, RS, GS, Escort, Tracer, and 323 struts.

So the years don't matter?

so to further explain Ryan's answer, any of the model's Ryan said of these years will fit

Ford Escort (91-96)
Ford Escort ZX2 (97-02)
Mazda 323 (90-94)
Mazda MX-3 (92-96)
Mazda Protege (90-94)
Mercury Tracer (91-96)

You can find this stuff out easily on rockauto's parts catalog by finding the part under your own vehicle, then you click the part number for the part your looking for and it will come up with all the vehicles and years that part is compatable with
