just curious if the egr vacumn lines arnt properly set up... what ar ethe possiblities of fuel injection problems?

im guessing extremely low. egr has nothing to do with the fuel injection system. a massive vacuum leak may give you some problems with the fuel pressure regulator but itd have to be a pretty substantial leak. so big infact it would probably stop the motor from starting in the first place

When the engine sees load, the regulator has to adjust for the fuel being consumed. Being that its spring loaded, it has to keep the diaphragm down to compensate for load. I believe no vacuum would mean high load so the FRP would restrict fuel return (hold back pressure) would it not. Flooding would result once the load is off. I know you can use an aftermarket FPR and install it in line and just remove the vacuum line from the stock FPR. The vac line missing from your EGR would mean higher CO/NO readings.

It will likely affect your mileage in a negative way. Egr re-routes exhaust into the intake during cruising, under those conditions it will use less fuel.
