My KLZE is making a noise at low RPM's (under 2k). Its wierd it only does it sometimes but is worse when cold. Please help me identify where its coming from.

Heres a video at idle:

Timing belt tensioner needs replacing?

Sounds like a timing belt tensioner. Usually as you rev the sound goes away, that is because the belt has enough momentum to loose the slack and stop the slapping of the belt all over the covers. Saying that it is worse when cold is also another sign as the oil that is left in the TBT is sluggish and the piston wont move as well until it is warmed up

Since you already have the cam gears showing, check to see if there is slack in the timing belt in any area, that is probably a indication the tensioner is shot.

It could be either, or both. You guys probably figured this already, but since the timing cover is off the sound is less muffled. Certainly not my area of expertise though.
