KLZE pistons - $20. There's a few catches. One is disconnected from a rod (and I think it got left in the garage and it got rusty). Good news, rods are easy to come by, same for all KL's. Sidewalls are not factory finish. I received them banged up in shipping. I talked to my machinist about it, and he said in the old days they used to knurl the skirts (yes you read that right) to make up piston/wall clearances, so the damage here is minute compared to that. The rods have had some(incomplete) finishing work done to them. Cleaning up casting marks removes stress risers and surface contours which propagate cracks. To install these you will need to balance your rotating assembly, which you should do anyway. My balance only cost $120, that is pocket change in a proper rebuild. Also, this makes the "not attached to rod" one no big deal since they have to come apart for a balance. Also, one rod is a little stiff in the wrist pin. Your machinist can figure this out while he's doing the balance, I think just pressing them apart and back together would fix it.

They're that funny teal colour, and manual windows, but decent condition as far as I remember. Shipping will be stupid, though.
