Is "godspeed" a decent brand for wastegate?

Not from what Ive seen. And thats kinda one of those parts you dont cheap out on.

I'd sooner pick up a second hand TiAl than get a brand new wastegate made by a less reputable brand. Definately not a part to cheap out on, but then Hector does alright with his ebay one

bah, no knockoffs. Cheap WG = boost creap. Which may = detonation

It seems to be about a 50/50 experience on the knock off wastegates. Personally, I bought a used Tial when I turbo'd mine about 4 years ago and it still works like brand new today.

what i did was... i bought a tial knock off and changed the spring for a real tial spring...
