sunroof motor gear need help

would anyone know where i might find the gear that is on the motor for the sunroof that moves the cables back and forth to open and close sunroof my gear is stripped i know the sunroof will opperate cause i manually opened and closed it with a screwdriver not fun

Oh, I think I have a spare in my basement. Want me to box it up for you? I'm in Canada though, so it might take a bit to ship. Week and a half usually.

I think I am developing the same problem. I hear a ticking like a gear slipping when I use the sunroof.
Do you still have the spare?
Is it a difficult job to get at it?

no spare, sorry. Need to drop headliner to get to it, not bad.
