Does the KL36 ECU set an EGR code??? Weird. No EGR in Japan - at least for the KLZE.

Have the same combination - didn't have the problem but bought two new O2 sensors. Is the knock sensor even connected? Lazy installers may not know to reverse the routing to (our) passenger side and connect there.

Simply reinstall the wire under your intake so it reaches.

O2 sensors are really important so if you cheaped out on them good luck.

the KL36 ECU should not be capable of throwing an EGR code. It's possible that you just counted wrong.
