mx3 1.6 vacuum hose diagram

I wanted to ask something about vacuum hoses and ive find that, i want to share it with this forum.
I have an answer.
I am talking about the 3 metallic tubes near the inlet, the right side. In my car the upper one is connected to vics shutter, but the one in the middle is not connected (loose hose, taking into account the extent it have to lead the airbox)
In the pic it seems that the upper one have to be connected to airbox. (D)
Is the picture correct?
