DImensions of the front hub

Post by wytbishop »

If anyone has a front hub laying around which is not installed in the steering knuckle and wouldn't mind taking some measurements for me I would be much obliged.

If you have one and can do it contact me and I'll send a drawing that you can record dimensions on.

Thanks for your help.

I'm assuming someone will have one. But if not, did you try your parts store. If they have one in stock, I can't see why they wouldn't let you measure it, to "make sure it's going to fit your car".

I tried...no one stocks it. And they won't order it in without deposit and it's waaaay overpriced.

Hey if you could bring one in and measure it you would really be helping me out. I will send you a drawing to mark up.

It's not a fitment question. I'm trying to model it and I need accurate measurements. I have the knuckle and the bearing and the rotor modeled already. The hub is holding me back and it's very important because it determines the position of the rotor with respect to the knuckle.

Send me an email address or something and I'll send you a drawing.

Thanks.

If you have a pair of them and they're cheap to ship I might take them off your hands. Hit me up and let me know cost with shipping to T6M 0A4. I would prefer to get dimensions off of a new part though as accuracy is sort of critical here.

thanks
