Help with halo lights

Hey i have installed halo and led dark housing head lights i wired them up hooked them up to my battery and there i a fuse that runs my halo lights when my high beams are on but when i turn them off and just runing off my DRLS my lights flicker when i remove the fuse my DRLS run fine i cant figure out whats wrong ?

Ive got the same ones, mount the relays to something solid and it will solve the problem. I kept having them die out on me when I hit a bump so I shortned the harnesses by geting rid of the unnecesairy wire and mounted them where they cant move, my RH is bolted to the washer bottle and the LH to the ground by the hood prop and that fixed it for me.

its not when i go over a bump when the fuse is in my drls flicker when its not my drls are fine
