What's wrong with the polls and smilies?

For a while now, polls don't seem to be working, and neither are the extra smilies.
When I try to vote on a poll, I get an "Invalid form" message.
If I click in the "view more smilies" link, I get a "mysql4" error.
Am I the only one having this problems?
