I am currently trying to connect my klze alternator because my old is broken.

Here is the important part:

I know there are 3 pins, S, IG, L.

My K8 has 2: S, L.

IG is Ignition power. But what does switched power mean? And where do i have to connect the IG (center pin)?

Sorry but my english is not good enough to understand this Can somebody explain that for me?

Ignition is switched power. It puts out 12 volts when the ignition is on.
