Car overheated, checked fans function. Primary wasn't working. Fuse was blown. Replaced fuse. Week later, happens again. Ideas?

Maybe the relay is dying?

I think that there is no problem with the fuse but there is something wrong with the fan. So service the fan first and than it will solve your trouble. Try it will surely work.

Not real sure where to start. I don't do electrical stuff very well.

I checked the resistance and it seems fine. I rechecked thefuses and relays and found the 30 amp fuse under the hood fan HVAC
was blown. The relay right side (left) was a bitburned outside between the two contacts directly beside thefuse, but the relay appears to be well internally.
